### Join Senior Rated Vendors We are looking for reliable trades and care providers who work well with older clients and their families. There is *no subscription and no monthly fee*. Our job is to refer to you clients who want to hire you. Once they have approved your quote or estimate, we have fulfilled our commitment and will charge the referral fee at that point - not upon completion of the job. If a referral never becomes a job, there is nothing to pay. We promise that all vendors we refer have current commercial liability insurance and are bonded (if needed) so we will need you to provide us with proof of insurance and copies or references to any other industry credentials you may have such as awards, certificates, licenses, BBB rating etc. All of this helps SRV convince clients that your service is preferred over others. The SRV founder reads every application personally and will call you for a short conversation before anything else happens.

- A surety bond, if you work in categories involving extended time inside a home
- Any trade licence your work requires
- A card on file, so referral fees can be settled without an invoice chase
We check expiry dates and remind you well before anything runs out.
