Our Mission
Finding someone reliable to work in your home should not be a gamble — especially when the person who needs the help is your mother, your father, or you. Senior Rated Vendors exists because too many families have been let down by someone who didn't show up, was not insured, or should never have been in the house in the first place. We check every vendor ourselves, we stay involved after the introduction, and we ask you afterwards how it went.
Who we are
Senior Rated Vendors was founded by Vera D. Kiser, who spent years watching families struggle to find trustworthy help for aging parents.
Every vendor here has been interviewed personally, carries current commercial insurance, and, for any work involving extended time inside a home, is bonded. We do not accept a vendor we would not send to our own family.

### Are you a vendor? We are always looking for reliable home maintenance professionals and non-medical personal care providers. There is no subscription and no monthly fee. you pay a referral fee once per new customer.

You will see everyone we have approved for that service. The choice is yours. We do not steer you.

The vendor contacts you to set an appointment.

We check in
We ask you if the appointment was kept and if the work was completed. There is never a charge to you, the client. Vendors pay SRV a referral fee later.
